To optimally manage support requests and serve you better, we use the existing request logging platform. Each support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress of your request. Complete records and history of all support requests you have made are provided.

As long as you have a xxxx@uoc.gr account, you can log in to the platform with the details of this account (e-mail and password)
